Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

Introduction

These terms govern your use of the LoudenLand website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the point of checkout.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price at the time of your order is binding.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase to secure your allocation. Expected arrival dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer delays. If a pre-order is cancelled by the manufacturer, we will issue a full refund.

Stock & Availability

We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. See our Delivery Information page for full details.

Returns

Our returns policy is set out on our Returns & Refunds page and forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos and design — is owned by LoudenLand or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission. Product images are for illustration; actual models may vary slightly from manufacturer.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoudenLand shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or products purchased from it. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
