Delivery Information

UK Delivery

We ship to all UK addresses with Evri 24 Tracked, and delivery is free on every UK order — there is no minimum spend and no paid upgrade to choose. We aim to deliver within 1–2 business days of your order.

Evri 24 aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, so you should receive your order within 1–2 business days of placing it. This is an aim, not a guarantee — delivery times depend on Evri's network and any delays in transit.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Pre-order items are dispatched when stock arrives at our Edinburgh warehouse. The expected date is shown on each pre-order product page.

Packaging

Every model is hand-inspected and carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Outer boxes are sealed and clearly labelled.

International Delivery

LoudenLand delivers within the United Kingdom only at present, so we are not able to ship to addresses outside the UK. If you are outside the UK and would like to ask about a specific model, please contact us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive your Evri 24 Tracked details by email. You can also view tracking information in your account under Order History.
